About the Author:

I was born in the small town of Elberta, Alabama, fifteen minutes away from the Florida state line. My mother taught kindergarten at a school in Pensacola and my father worked in construction. I had one younger sister, named Whitney. Throughout my life, I loved the Lord of the Rings trilogy by J.R.R. Tolkein, the Harry Potter series, the Chronicles of Narnia, A Song of Fire and Ice, and I had always loved the idea that, someday, I would write my own books. At a point in my life, I stopped reading books in the school libraries and became immersed into the world of film. Character arcs, horrific elements with monstrous beings and humor have always been my favorite qualities in movies and books. I want to give the world a new batch of characters, each with their own adventures and relatable backstories; if I could inspire just one person to pursue their dreams and write their own story, I feel that I would have succeeded.
